The level of cover provided by us is dependant on your actual needs, the contract will primarily be built around this.
With one of our Business support contracts you will also receive priority treatment when we are responding to your problems.
During the life of your contract we will perform on-site checks to ensure your hardware and software is functioning as it should be, ensuring all Windows & related software updates are applied, our aim is to ensure that your systems are healthy to minimise any disruption to your business, while we are on-site we can also respond to your user's issues.
If your hardware equipment does fail, we will aim to get you up and running the same day (subject to availability of components & excludes the cost of replacement hardware)
Our basic support contracts start from £800 (£40.00 per hour) with a typical 20 hours per year for a small office with 5 computers on a small network.
With one of our contracts you need never worry about a computer related issue again, all you do is call us out!!

We can incorporate full support for your website into our Business support contracts even if we did not design your original site, this can include page changes and maintenance, new page design, the setting up or deletion of email accounts for employees or maintaining your e-commerce data, web database backups, see our web design page for further details
Computa Support Services For Home Users
We also support home users or home office workers, if your PC is not performing as it should or you need a new PC, require a wireless network setting up, we can install internet connections and email and solve your PC problems including virus removal, spyware/adware removal and prevention. In our opinion there is no job too small.
